This training session is for all who enjoy basketball it caters for people from 15 to 18 in the first hour and 18+ in the second hour, for boys and girls, and men and women respectivley.

The training session is held at the Moorclose Sports Hall facility and is ran from 7:00pm to 8:00pm (Junior Jam Session) and 8:00pm to 9:00pm (Adult Session). The adult team currently only have a few matches scheduled as other adult teams in the area are hard to find. The Workington Wasps Basketball Club has an intense basketball & fitness session, which is thouroughly enjoyable to everyone who comes.

The costs for working adults is £3 & The costs for Juniors & Non-Working adults is £2.
