This training session is for all who enjoy basketball it caters for all people boys and girls, and men and women respectivley.

The training session is held at Stainburn School & Science College Sports Hall facility and is ran from 8:00pm to 9:00pm (Match Time Session). The Workington Wasps Basketball Club has an intense basketball & fitness session, which is thouroughly enjoyable to everyone who comes.

The costs for all is £3.
